Orchestra version updater

Add a function to update an Orchestra file conforming to the version 1.0 schema to version 1.1 format.

Currently, version 1.1 is still undergoing enhancements, with the latest release candidate being RC2. The updater should be helpful to test and validate release candidates. If subsequent release candidates are published, this function should be brought up to date until the Orchestra version is finalized.
