PA01 - Long RTN in boot menu does not start main firmware #6944

Current Behavior
In UF2 flashing mode, long-pressing the return key causes the LCD screen to turn off, and the power indicator displays the battery level before the device shuts down.
Expected Behavior
Suggested Revised Plan:
In UF2 flashing mode, the on-screen prompt will display: "HOLD [RTN] to exit".
Long-press the [RTN] button: The LCD screen will turn off, and the device will subsequently power on (restart).
Steps To Reproduce
1Push the T1 and T4 buttons inward simultaneously, and briefly press the power button to enter UF2 firmware flashing mode.
2.Long-press the [RTN] button, and the power screen will turn off. The device will not enter the power-on state.
