Tested, it does work, but I don't have a weak enough computer or enough players on to tell if it improves performance. This is heavily based on AsyncChunkLoadUtil from C2ME. The current solution seems to be async but I'm not sure it works as on the kilocraft server there is a noticeable lag spike when RTPing
