This results in all executables being called
devcycle-local-bucketing-proxyordevcycle-local-bucketing-proxy.exe, all .tar.gz files being calleddevcycle_local_bucketing_proxy_<os>_<arch>.tar.gz, and all packages being calleddevcycle-local-bucketing-proxy.The .tar.gz convention uses underscores instead of dashes for consistency with how most other Github releases name things, and because the arch labels also use them.
