Summary:
This pull request updates the checkpoint priority from Juelich to Zenodo.
Motivation:
The Juelich server has been unreliable in the past, experiencing frequent downtimes and other issues. To ensure more stable and reliable service, we are switching the checkpoint priority to Zenodo.
