The docstrings has now been converted to Numpy using pyment and fixing any wrong changes. Changes from PR#340 has been merged. This branch should be ready for merging now |

This pull request adds docstrings to the methods of the FastSurferCNN files and converts recon_surf docs to Numpy
The conventions from the Numpy were mostly used for the docstrings.
The changes are not complete, as some descriptions are missing. The critical parts are marked with a "[MISSING]" to find them more easily.
