Enable toggling availability for tutors

Twice this week I've been working with a tutee who asked me for help in person, and then I got matched with another tutee via the online system. I need a way to tell the system that I'm busy.

Hm, we might have to re-think this one. It has the possibility of being abused. I.e., someone putting their availability as "not available" the whole time, and not actually "tutoring" (in the past I have found people guilty of this, which is why the current setup is what it is).

This is the exact reason why I was hesitant to put tutor names onto the Present Tutors list. All tutees are supposed to go through the system. I did put a status of "Not available" per tutor but it's not working/not clear enough. Next step is to remove all names completely from the default view.

Alternatively, tutors can have a "tutor code" so that a specific tutee can be matched up with a specific tutor.

Currently, all tutees will NEED to go through the system. If they come up to you, please ask them to go through the system. Otherwise we run into the problem we had last year where people were logging hours without entering the tutor queue.
