feat(aws): AWSX-1987 Migrate remaining soure identification to logs-backend

What does this PR do?

Migrate the last sources identifications to logs-backend in order to ease the process of source identification.

Motivation

Reduce business implementation on the datadog forwarder to shift them to logs-backend.
