Mission is not ending after taking over the island

After you capture all zones is something supposed to happen to indicate the end? My friends and I finally managed to capture every zone last night, but then nothing happened. The game kept going, and we kept getting messages about enemy forces near one particular FOB. One of my friends was close to it so he went to check it out. He got killed just as he got near the FOB. He said an enemy tank spawned right in front of him and killed him. The FOB turned red, then back to green as the AI defenses re-captured it.

I thinought we might have to eliminate any remaining enemy, so I grabbed a helicopter to scout around that FOB. As I approached the FOB, I saw an enemy tank spawn on a hill near the FOB, but the AI quickly blew it up. We looked for enemy near that FOB, and every few minutes an enemy vehicle would spawn nearby and quickly get blown up by the AI.

We flew around the island looking to see if there was an enemy base that we needed to capture, but we didn't find anything.

Just tested this and all is working it seems. I'm guessing commit 80fd35a addressed this? if not then something before.
