Migrate from vanilla JavaScript to Alpine.js for reactive state management. Replace hardcoded JS templates with PHP-rendered Alpine.js templates. Add NotificationBellCell, BroadcastingBase, and NotificationStore. Introduce theme detection, pagination, and enhanced action support.
