This should fix the issue I've been having in
medcat-serviceregarding multiprocessing just hanging.Apprently there's a difference how MacOS (locally) works with separate processes and how Linux (on GHA workflow) does it. So this PR should fix that. I've checked that (to an extent) on the
medcat-servicerelated PR.With that said, I'm not 100% sure why regular GHA workflow didn't catch this as there is some multiprocessing in there that's being tested.
