Update operators

Description

This PR updates the existing Operators entry in the Java path under learn-java to correct a few technical inaccuracies and improve clarity.

Summary of Changes

• Removed the invalid <<< operator from the bitwise operator list.
• Corrected descriptions of shift operators:
  • << labeled as Left shift
  • >> labeled as Signed right shift
  • >>> labeled as Unsigned right shift

These updates improve technical correctness and help learners better understand how Java operators work.
