Description

This PR adds a new term entry for .b2a_base16(), a function from Python's binascii module that converts binary data into a bytes object containing a hexadecimal (Base16) ASCII representation.
The entry includes a detailed description, syntax, parameter explanations, an example with output, and a runnable Codebyte example for demonstration.
