entry-docs: add logical operators documentation for C++

Description

This PR adds a new Docs entry for the C++ logical-operators under content/cpp/concepts/operators/terms/logical-operators/logical-operators.md .
The entry explains the implementation and usage of logical-operators in C++, including:

• A clear description of all logical-operators( && , || , ! ) in c++
• A dedicated Syntax section covering all overloads
• Example use cases in plain code.
• A live Codebyte example using codebyte/cpp for interactive execution
