✨ Bottom Drawer for Utility Area

The bottom drawer of debug area, consists of tabs that exist in the status bar, drawer content, and a button to expand this area to fill the app content area.

This is how the drawer would look when in the terminal tab...

If you closed a drawer sidebar...

If you maximized the drawer using the button at the lower right...

If you closed the drawer, the tabs are hidden...

Extension developers should be able to add new tabs to the debug area.
