MudStepperExtended alignment of horizontal step titles broken in versions > 8.2.6

On a current version MudBlazor page, the titles are aligned vertically above the content, instead of horizontally for all version > 8.2.6

Steps to reproduce: New MudBlazor project, new page, copy and paste sample from MudExtensions website.

Do you have a screenshot? Did you clear browser cache? With 8.3.0 MudStepperExtended has big changes, css files are also changed.

Yes. Cache disabled.

And once I go back to 8.2.6 it works again:

Did you try to press ctrl +f5 to clear cache? If the docs are running proper, it should be local issue.

Yes. I tried CTRL+F5 and even opened it in other browsers (Firefox, Safari) where I did not have it open before. It seems it is not a caching issue.

We remaked MudStepperExtended on #569 . In this PR we move the inline CSS code to _content. Do you have <link href="_content/CodeBeam.MudBlazor.Extensions/MudExtensions.min.css" rel="stylesheet" /> in your index.html? As i said if docs work, it should be a local issue. It look like you can't get CSS styles somehow.

That's it. I had it in all other app.razor or layouts, but it was missing in the one for this external app. I added the missing reference to the stylesheet and now it works. Thank you!
