This adds rich text. It allows to inline any drawables in text with formatting and all.
Also changed
TooltiptoRichTooltipin most places.And changed
GuiContexttoModularGuiContext extends GuiContext extends GuiViewportStack. This allows drawables to be used outside mui guis.And some fixes and stuff
