changes in this PR:

  • add the ability to set the order of categories in JEI via GroovyScript. add an example for this and create/adjust some lang keys to document it.
  • create a mixin to ModRegistry to accomplish this.
  • add a tip to the JEI Category documentation about the /gs jeiCategories command.
  • entries not included in this list are placed at the end.
