Upgrade OrbitDB and IPFS

• use OrbitDB 0.19.9 which has important bug fixes and support for IPFS 0.30
• use IPFS 0.31, which does not have any breaking change and just works with OrbitDB. The Already piped error and friends should be gone now
• use the new raw leaves feature when storing protobuf
• make sure pinning is working
• make sure preloading is disabled
• make sure the connection manager is not causing problems
