improve diskcleanup by accounting for Dell SupportAssist Remediation issues

Hi Chad,

Dell SupportAssist remediation has a known issue where it will create its own recovery backups but never delete them, filling up to the folder with garbage.

Can you update your diskcleanup script to clean up this folder?

Thanks for the feedback @JudgeDreddKLC. I'll work on incorporating it, but I doubt I'll be able to test it.
Also, if you want to write the code and submit a pull request I'm open to it.

@ChadSimmons Thanks, I thought about writing it but I didn't want to clash with your coding style aka I figured it would be faster for you to do it using your functions than me figuring out your functions, lol.

Let me find a candidate computer on our end that is encountering the issue and see what we can do, i appreciate you!

I wrote the code last night and will get it tested soon. The screenshots from the forums should allow me to recreate the folder and file structure.
