Pick/DrillPick doesn't work for a polygons with transparent background

Thanks for the report @azurre! From a rendering standpoint, the existing behavior is expected since the entity functionally has no fill. But I could see why picking the entity would be a useful feature.

A somewhat funny workaround here would be to use something like Cesium.Color.TRANSPARENT.withAlpha(0.005). You can set the alpha value any way you like of course. I suppose if you use alpha maps, it would be kind of a pain to do though.
