control acces of execs to discord #23
Description
Executives have discord roles which let them access private channels & stuff. We would like to automate this as is convenient. The DoC + Pres should have access to control user permissions from the admin dashboard.
This depends on #31, so have a chat with them. This also depends on #11, so you can chill for a while.
