introduce a way to upload and store image data, possibly look into serverless databases for storing this kind of data

S3 seems good, but for the time being, let's just use a folder on the server. Will have to limit the size of the folder & send an email to admin when it gets full.

We should also resize images to be ~0.25 megapixels
