计划是这样的……

  1. i18n在下载前对所有下载源进行连接性检查，并将相应最快的那个作为本次的下载源
  2. 如果用户能够连接Github，从GitHub下载资源包
  3. 通过索引文件确认每个版本最新的release
  4. release中添加md5，与现有下载源对齐

本来说想改成不把版本一个一个展开的，结果摆烂了，事多压身啊（
索引你看放release里或单独放一个分支里可不可行，我个人是不太想放主分支里的

理论可行，回去我改一下（packer的那堆if改着好折磨人~）

省流：删除了一些不必要的if、release的文件名与服务器对齐、索引文件移动至index分支。

其实我还是觉得在Release里也改文件名有点丑陋
况且我看改完也没有完全对上服务器上的名称啊，好像不如不改（

感觉还行
让我写的话可能有些地方要改一下，但是考虑到我响应时间不定就先不弄了，哪天想起来再弄（

一些问题：

  • 能否在模组侧更改未合并时就合并此pr？
  • 是否需要在主仓库预先设置一个index分支？（如果需要的话我可以配一下）

已完成。（index分支，仅含一个包含空对象的version-index.json）
