[Feature] Wildcard redirect URIs

### Feature description

It would be useful if the tool supported wildcard redirect URIs.

This might not be possible as OpenIDDict does not seem to support wildcard redirect URIs by default.

### Motivation

This would make it easier for testing as the exact redirect URI would not need to be known.

### Alternatives considered

Just manually set the exact redirect URIs.
