Only Run In Pc , another device cannot run exe

ktx to png or png to ktx

Download the zip and extracrt the file

Run main.py and close it

Put the file you want to decompress or compress to Input Dir

Run main.py

The result will exportt to Output Dir

Then it is necessary to put CLI in "CLI" folder in the main script folder.
