Wildcard option for removing players from top #136

Describe the solution you'd like us to implement.
Currently you have the ability to remove certain players from /is top by typing /bsbadmin top remove <player>.
It would be nice and handy to have a wildcard option to wipe the entire top list like /bsbadmin top remove all. Given that, you can easily wipe all top players and start from the beginning without having to delete any files or drop any tables.
Describe alternatives you've considered.

Edit: I just figured there is the TopTenData folder/table you can delete/drop but having an ingame option to erase the file contents might be more handy for some other people.
