No support for HEX colors in the /ob actionbar command

Expected behavior

The action panel should display the HEX color.

Observed/Actual behavior

When I break the block, the HEX colors are not registered in the plugin localization in the action bar.

but you can see the red color here

Steps/models to reproduce

We write any HEX color and it stops working, resulting in completely different colors.

This is fixed in the latest CI version - see ci.bentobox.world.
