As my number of repositories increase request seems to have more impact than expected.
Can migrate whole user if have access to another Gitea instance?
Requires admin to proceed officially it seems:

Making mirrors only accepting cryptographically signed changes seems to be the perfect way of proceeding to not trust the possible hosting platform arbitrary actions.
Backup issues is the priority (hence consider search engine results for gitea export issues):
- Export issues to Excel and/or generate PDF go-gitea/gitea#4808 only proposes a title export
