Add
enable_live_metricsconfiguration to distro. This is going to be using an opt-in model since Python SDKs have never offered live metrics as a feature before.Live metrics (or otherwise known as QuickPulse Service), allows for telemetry collection for metrics and performance counters in real time. The endpoint uses a similar endpoint to that of regular Application Insights endpoint.
