If AvailableToOtherTenants is not set, set null for update operation

Suggest to use IsParamaterBound to determine whether parameter is provided, just as line 90:

AvailableToOtherTenants = this.IsParameterBound(c => c.AvailableToOtherTenants ) ? AvailableToOtherTenants : (bool?)null;
