In Azure China when trying to get roleAssignments via Get-AzRoleAssignment -Scope $managementGroupId the cmdlet fails with:

I have the same issue in Azure China and I confirmed that problem caused by version 6.14.0 of Az.Resources - 6.13.0 works fine.
