i think it's supposed to be part of version 2.0.0 of Az.EventGrid but i see no clue as to when that will be released.

supposedly it's part of Az 8.1.0 but that still uses 1.3.0 of Az.EventGrid: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powershell/module/az.eventgrid/new-azeventgridsystemtopiceventsubscription?view=azps-8.1.0

@BethanyZhou , please contact developer to correct their changelog. Az.EventGrid doesn't have release because of changelog missing.
