The list doesn't list set-url. Is this list up-to-date?

Nothing about support for fragments, unless you search and dig to find this PR #167.

Yes, some parts of documentation are out of date. Most of the policies should be supported. New policies or changes in past half a year could not be included.

I will be working on updating the documentation in next couple of weeks.
