Roles switching is not working properly

In APIM edit mode, when we are on Authenticated role, buttons are working fine and when we switch back to Anonymous ,the buttons are not appearing.

Reproduction steps

1. Go to API Management Developer portal and open it in developer edit mode.
2. Add button visibility of Anonymous so that buttons should not be visible in Authenticated mode.
3. Try to switch the roles and see the buttons.

Expected behavior

Buttons should be visible as per the visibility set in the button in the edit mode when roles are switched.
