Update image with newer version

Bug description

In the editor mode of the DevPortal you can upload and delete images at the bar on the left.
One thing that is missing is that images should be replaced/updated with newer version of an image.

Here is a proposal from my side how it could look like:

If one should use this feature all image elements containing the old image should automatically be updated and replaced.
This should also be possible in the context menu of the image settings.

If this isn't possible then it will become a problem if the DevPortal has many pages with many images, because if one deletes an image and doesn't change it at the target location issues occur. Therefor in the end if will mess up the library and decrease the migration speed.

The main problem from my side is that the current approach takes too much time and keeps me very busy. People asking me often why does it takes so long. One reason why editing is still so annoying and time consuming is the media handling.
When creating or updating graphics, you need to create several versions and to try out how it fits, for example regarding the font sizes and the proportions to, to the other page elements. To do this, I currently need to perform the following steps again and again:

1. Navigate to the page with the image and select the image
2. Open the edit mode
3. Select the image in the image window
4. Select to upload a new image
5. Browse for a new image on my PC and select an image and upload the new image (the better with a different version name)
6. Reconfigure the image size in the image window (as by uploading a new image the previous setting are overwritten)
7. Update the linked image in the image dialog to reference to the latest version
8. Select open in the same window.
9. Close the image window and check how the image fits
10. Go to the media library
11. Remove previous versions of the image to not mess up the media folder (thus, slowing down the migration performance)

There should be two options to update an image:

A. From the media library:

1. Open the media library
2. Search for an image by name
3. Select the required image
4. Click on a replace/update GUI element
5. Browse for the image and select the image. Clicking the OK button in the browse dialog automatically finalizes the update for all occurrences of the image on all pages without changing the size settings. If the image size or proportion has changed, a message pops up showing the issue and a list of all affected pages where the image is currently used. If the image size is the same, a message pops up stating that the image has been updated for all occurrences with a list of affected page names. The previous image version is overwritten and does not appear anymore in the media dialog nor in the downloaded media folder (not need to manually delete previous version anymore).
   The image dialog also shows/reflects the creation/update date of the updated image (image properties to know which version has been updated the last time).
   If the same image object is linked for a image to popup in the same or in a new window, also this link is automatically updated to the newest versions and the settings are kept.

B. Via the settings of the picture widget on a page where the image is used

1. Select the image
2. Open the edit mode

The required option therefore reduces the effort involved in updating images by half compared to the current approach.
