ESLint, although listed as a dependency, had no configuration. This moves the package to the same configuration used throughout the rest of the providers and adds a script to run it.
Cleanup the code to match the ESLint configuration.

Add a configuration for ESLint and update the code to follow it. Before this ESLint, although listed as a
devDependency, had no configuration so at best it was running as a syntax checker only.
