Request URL not updating – HTTPBook intermittenly sends cached request

I'm experiencing an issue with the HTTPBook extension in VSCode where modifying the request URL does not take effect. Instead, it always sends the same request as before, making it seem like the request is being cached.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open an .http file and send a GET request (e.g., GET http://localhost:8080/).
2. Modify the request URL (e.g., change to GET http://localhost:8080/greeting?name=foo).
3. Send the request again.
4. Observe that the request sent is still the previous one (e.g., GET http://localhost:8080/greeting?name=bar).

I have just experienced the error myself. I could not reproduce it when debugging. Let me have a look

Your bug description pretty much sums up what happened. I calculated the version of the notebook based on the version of the individual cells. If you delete a cell, exactly this caching bug occurs. I now use the version of the notebook itself, which always increases
released with 3.2.6
