Can your plugin resolve this discrepancy?

I have documented a simple test case with differences between the Node & PHP distro data inheritance models today.

I have tried to go further with your plugin in my node distribution, but I could not see a difference with and without. Maybe I did not edit the right file?

I inserted patternlab.events.emit('patternlab-pattern-before-data-merge', patternlab, pattern); on line 361 of file ./node_modules/patternlab-node/core/lib/patternlab.js, right at the beginning of function renderSinglePattern(pattern, head) { }, is my undestanding correct?
