This pull request adds preprocessor and annotation in auto ownership. This is particularly useful in the context of disaggregate accessibilities where the model alternative uses the corresponding auto ownership level used to create the accessibilities. Once the model decides on a choice, the household disaggregate accessibility used in downstream models would be the one that corresponds to the model choice.
