Preprocessors and Annotators available for every model

Each model should have the following common features available:

• choosers preprocessor
• alts preprocessor (if not simple-simulate model)
• annotators (to save data back to output table, ideally with access to chooser data?)

Additional context
Would help people add whatever terms they need, especially moving terms to preprocessors in order to be compliant with sharrow.
Also helps with output reporting (e.g. #590, #546).
