Description
CS will implement the Pydantic system for formally managing ActivitySim settings. CS will develop and implement the code to use pydantic settings definitions to find, load, and validate the cascading configuration files as currently used in ActvitySim. CS will also implement this process for the top-level ActivitySim settings (settings.yaml, network_los.yaml). CS will configure to automatically generate comprehensive documentation for settings files.
