Try namespace if /namespace not found

Proposed fix to #1023: the idea is to try and get the packet namespace first, and then try finding a namespace without the leading "/"

hi @berinhardt , i am having similar issue with my iOS client while android works fine. Did you deploy this version of yours?

@berinhardt @meshileya you can add namespace like this server.addNamespace("/chat") or server.addNamespace("/notification") etc
