This PR adds DaggerX to the Tools section of awesome-php-security. DaggerX is an open-source PHP security library that provides secure password hashing with Argon2id, encryption with AES-256-GCM/CBC, SHA3-512 key derivation, key rotation, and a zero-knowledge design. It’s a valuable addition for PHP developers looking to enhance application security.
