Description of changes:
We added additional implementation for Entra(Azure AD) as an authentication provider:

1. entra claim configuration, ENTRA_GROUPS_CLAIM, ENTRA_USERNAME_CLAIM, ENTRA_EMAIL_CLAIM
2. support entra token type id,access through ENTRA_ROLE_TOKEN_KIND
3. added entra into oauth2_providers.yml
4. generate/token fix the issue with entra
5. support various Azure entra deployments in govcloud etc
6. docker setup improvement through docker override to omit keycloak to launch optional

Hi @ryohang , thanks for the PR, we will spend some time reviewing these changes and get back to you with questions/clarifications needed. We are in the middle of merging some PRs for major release this week, so there is a chance that you may need to rebaseline your code, will keep you posted.

can you pleaes take a look again @aarora79 , I resolved merge conflict.
