Pull request overview
This PR attempts to convert projects to .NET 10 by updating the SDK version in global.json. However, the conversion is incomplete and references a non-existent SDK version.
Key Issues:
- The SDK version 10.0.100 does not exist (as of January 2025, .NET 10 has not been released)
- The conversion is incomplete - while global.json was updated, the actual project target frameworks remain unchanged (Directory.Build.props still targets net8.0, and individual projects target various older frameworks including netcoreapp3.1, net6.0, and net8.0)
