Is this correct? Any value in the range of 4000 - 60000? That would also mean all valid values are also in this range. Should we only state the range and remove the valid values here?

no was an issue in meta, there was validator in meta that should be ignored.

I think there was a discussion indeed but no issue has been tracked for this as far as I know. You want to change it to Power over Ethernet (PoE)? Or other suggestion?
