NB this requires adding a line to one's credential_fixture.dart. Pretty soon we'll be storing credentials in a database (zulip#34), which will let us remove that fixture mechanism entirely; so I expect this will be the last time we have to modify it.

This will be a key followup to #11 to make it a reasonable user experience. For that reason it'll be our first example of #13.
