Some TeX commands like \red cause KaTeX to emit spans with the CSS color property set on their inline styles. It'd be good to handle those.

This was uncommon in our survey (#mobile-team > KaTeX survey results @ 💬), which covered one community; but we heard a user request for it: #mobile > latex: color @ 💬.
