Scan for CSS classes in workplace freezes at 99.xx%

This happends when I start vscode the first time after a reboot.

What fixes it: Restarting vscode

• vscode: 1.30.2
• HTML-CSS-Class-Completion: 1.18.0

I'm experiencing this after the 1.31.1 update, before that it worked without issue. Restarting vscode doesn't solve it for me.

Could you guys help me reproduce the issue? I simply need instructions to create a workspace in which the problem will occur again. Something like a configured VS Code workspace in a public git repository would be helpful.

I'm not sure what this screenshot helps for, but I can state that I can't reproduce this bug in any solid way. I almost think that it is happening randomly.

How about a functionality that allows to restart the scan, while still ongoing?
